Refund and Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sarees that have been customized (e.g., fall/pico done)

  • Sarees bought on clearance or during heavy discount sales

How to Raise a Return Request:

  1. Email us at bandhanisaree8@gmail.com with order ID, reason, and photo/video proof.

  2. Our team will review and approve the return.

  3. You must ship the product back to our return address (we will share it via email).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds (for prepaid orders) are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
COD refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
